Shipping cost calculation

The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart from the country to be shipped, the weight of the ordered products and the selected shipping method. In order to get the correct shipping costs displayed, please change at least the country from which you order under “Change address”.

Shipping process

As pre-orders can only be placed in the shop at the moment, your order will only be dispatched after successful production. An approximate shipping date will be given to you with the invoice for your order. As soon as your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking number by email.

Customs clearance for international shipping

Customs fees for international shipping must be paid by the buyer. The latter also has to ensure that all documents for importing the shipment are handed over to the local customs authority. If a shipment is sent back to us due to missing customs documents, the buyer will only be reimbursed for the value of the goods.
